Imbalance in the hormonal secretion

It is quite logical if you see the age when actually the trouble shoots in your body. Yes it is the teenage, the age when a child attains his/her puberty. There are many hormones that initiate to secrete in the body from the age of twelve or thirteen. Especially in girls with the onset of menstrual cycle certain obvious changes happen both within the body as well as externally. For young people the way they live is quite fast and full of stress. Stress and ignoring systematic way of food intake along with some regular exercises are other vital causes of skin problems. The stress has an outcome as acne on the skin. Thus unless you give a heed to your food, drinks and general fitness, you can't help yourself get rid of the acne trouble even if you consume dozens of medicines.

Natural treatment

Try avoiding excess cosmetics use when acnes are there on your skin. Use medicated ointments containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid that will help the canes to dry up readily and if the condition is serious consult a skin specialist. Well this is the medicinal aspect of treating acnes but some natural conditions can heal your problem in a better way.

Increase your water consumption to at least seven glasses a day and that must be filtered water in pure form. Whenever you eat meals end it up with water because this is important for digestion and prevents constipation. Do breathing exercises in the early morning followed by yoga and try to avoid excess sunlight if you find small pimples coming around. With this little effort you can really cherish a healthy life and a fair glow skin.
