Trimming Down The Weight
How did I do it? Here is how:
1. I never expected to see the change overnight. It would mean that measuring your waist and weight everyday would prove senseless. The more you become conscious about it, the harder it will become. It is like waiting, if you count the minutes passing by you would think it has gone way longer than expected.
2. I chose what food to eat. I wouldn't say eat a balanced diet because that is more like of a cliche. Instead I would say you can eat almost anything as long as it's healthy and as long as you don't take it too much of a time. Too much of something would definitely screw up your weight loss scheme.
3. I avoided junk foods. They are never healthy. They never were and never will be. It is that plain and simple. It speaks for itself. If you want to lose weight, you have to make sure you also have a healthy lifestyle. You can never say you want to lose weight and then do things otherwise. You have to set your mind up for it. Otherwise, don't try.
4. I followed a simple but regular exercise. You can do sit-ups, jogging or the likes as long as it is regular and I mean regular as in everyday. Mine was just simple walking around a block or two for 15 minutes with "tummy tuck in' exercise simultaneously. When you do this, you tuck in your belly and hold it there. This would make your belly muscles to work. Who knows you would have that nice abs in no time.
5. I never fail to remind myself that I should lose weight. That way the statement will be incorporated into my system and will be my inner drive.
I lost 17 pounds in just a month just following the schemed I have invented. It took a lot of will and discipline to stick to my plan. This is important to really be successful not only in losing weight but also in other aspects of life.
They say when you psychologically set your mind and heart into something you would get what you want. This holds true. I have set my goal and defined it clearly. I planned everything up and worked my way to it. You can invent your own way on how you should do it. Only you can effectively make the plan work out. Even if you adapt a certain fix scheme of losing weight, it cannot and will not make things happen. It has been said, no one can win battles for you. And this holds true, always has and always will.
I guess this is the best set of mind when you want to lose weight effectively. I never faltered my belief that I could do it and so I have become successful. Try and you can too.
