Weight Control: Mind Setup Is The First Step
Control over your mind
If you are a chain smoker, what do you do to stop smoking? First of all you try to build up the determination from within that you will have to leave this habit. Determination or this mind setup cannot be achieved in a day. It will definitely take some time. Gradually you will reduce the number of cigarettes in a day and finally land up saying completely no to even a cigarette a day.
Weight control and cigarette control has a technical difference. You can stay without cigarettes if you inculcate the habit. But in case of food, you really can't end up starving yourself all your life. Otherwise as a matter of fact the level of mind setup is more or less the same.
For having a control on the weight you will have to develop a habit for a better and healthier diet. You will have to give up extra fatty food with spices, lots of sugar and cream. You will have to count on your calorie intake and burn up them up as required to shape your weight as per the height of the body and also keeping with your age.
Now all these cannot happen without your will and wish. Unless you are firmly decided that you will have to resist all those delicious items lying on the dining table and slowly give them up, it's tough for any diet control program to help you out in the matter of weight loss.
Routine regimen through will power
This is a common story with most of you who pick up a weight loss program. Initially you are at the zenith of your spirit. Gradually you compel yourself to maintain the routine regimen and down the line it is the same old thing. You eat whatever you like and say a goodbye to the exercise schedule.
This simply happens due to the fickle stage of mind and low will power. Nobody knows you better than you. Thus how will shape your life ultimately rests on you. As a suggestion what can be stated is that don't haste on a decision. Give it some time to take a real shape. Weight loss is no magic either.
