Some people feel safer keeping it at home with them whereas others choose to keep it at a bank, with a solicitor or at the Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court.

It can be amended to benefit new or different people and possessions can also be added or taken away. Once is has been done it can be forgotten about and should something happen it is guaranteed that only the people you want to inherit things will.
