Listen to your spouse and let them know you hear them.
Tell your spouse why you love them.
Celebrate anniversaries and birthdays.
Smile at your partner.
Blow them a kiss when they would least expect it.
Hold hands when you do the most basic things such as watching television, grocery shopping, or even as you are driving down the road.

As you can see, telling your spouse that you love them does not need to be difficult. You just need to make this a normal part of your routine and you will find that it really does benefit your relationship. You'll find that expressing your love allows for it to grow and really blossom into new and beautiful things. You can find new ways all the time to express your love, you just have to keep looking for those ways and working to let your partner know just how special they are.
