The churches here were constructed during 1775 and are of historic importance. This place is also famous for the place of worship, the Virgin of Miracles. Surrounded by beaches and lake shores it has become a popular camping spot for tourists on their summer vacations.

The final place for holidaying in Paraguay is the Chaco. It is situated on the border with Argentina and Brazil. The famous Iguazu falls is considered as a famous tourist attraction.
